Job Opportunity

Collaborate with us to source innovative IT projects and build strategic supplier relationships. Our team seeks candidates who can foster strong relationships, manage vendor performance, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their IT project services needs and ensure alignment with procurement strategies.
  • Develop and refine processes to improve vendor management and relationship building.
  • Maintain professional relationships with vendors and ensure their performance meets organizational standards.
  • Create and update procedural guidelines, resource documents, and SharePoint sites.
  • Identify opportunities to educate the business on sourcing services and contingent labor best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with executed agreements and utilization of strategic programs.
  • Partner with the ITPS team to intake requirements, qualify, and define opportunities for reporting requirements.
  • Apply analysis and trends to global sourcing category operations support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement or equivalent work.
  • Knowledge of Professional Services/Contingent Workforce/Labor Sourcing best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of RFI/RFP/RFQ and sourcing processes.
  • Experience with technology or clerical & professional - contingent workforce/professional services sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with procurement and vendor management software tools.
  • Ability to conduct market/industry/supplier analysis and synthesize data into a consumable format.
