Job Title: Sourcing Specialist

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying, evaluating, and selecting vendors/suppliers for mechanical, electrical, and project-related materials. They should be able to prepare and process purchase orders in line with project requirements and company policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to understand technical requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services to avoid project delays.
  • Maintain a vendor database, evaluate supplier performance, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes in EPC/Projects/Water Industry.
  • Good understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment/materials
  • Vendor development and supplier relationship management.
  • Negotiation and cost optimization skills.
  • ERP/Procurement software knowledge preferred.
