Job Opportunity: Sourcing and Procurement Specialist

The company is seeking a highly skilled Sourcing and Procurement Specialist to manage the procurement process, including creating purchase requisitions, managing purchase orders, and monitoring supplier information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review material requirements and specifications
  • Prepare and analyze bid responses
  • Release purchase orders and reconcile purchase orders
  • Maintain master data and updates
  • Identify potential risks and work out mitigation plans
  • Establish and monitor issue management, change management, and quality management processes
  • Organize meetings between teams, suppliers, and customers for issue resolution
  • Prepare project status reports and submit to senior management and customers for review
  • Drive governance calls with stakeholders
  • Have ERP system hands-on experience, preferably in JDE/SAP or Ariba
  • Be willing to work in US/EMEA/APAC shift timings
