About the Role
">- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development professional to join our team.
Job Description:
Cultivate relationships with overseas organisations and clients for our products, expanding their reach in current and new international markets, and ensuring consistent growth in exports sales. Develop and implement strategic plans for product exports to existing and new markets, identify potential markets and segments with the highest growth potential, and evaluate customer feedback to take corrective action.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Client Acquisition: Identifying potential organisations, importers, hospitals and clients in international markets; building and maintaining strong relationships; negotiating pricing, terms and contracts; optimising pricing strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
• Market Development: Developing and implementing a strategic plan for expanding product exports to existing and new markets; identifying potential markets and segments with the highest growth potential; evaluating and adjusting the strategy based on market dynamics and competition.
• Market Research: Staying updated on international market trends, trade regulations and economic factors; conducting market research to identify opportunities and threats in different regions; evaluating customer feedback and taking corrective action.
Country Import Regulations & Customs Laws:
Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade laws and customs requirements in various countries; handle documentation such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, invoices and commercial agreements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• At least Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. International Business, Business Management (Sales & Marketing), Digital Marketing, Pharmaceutical/Hospital Management)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an International B2B sales and business development role in a pharmaceutical/healthcare/medical device company is mandatory.
• Awareness and focused experience on Global Healthcare tenders (NGOs & MOH requirements) / Named Patient Supplies for Unregistered products / 'Special Permit Imports' in developing markets would be highly preferred.

• Prepare tentative exhibition plan along with financial budget requirements.
• Preparation of marketing material, product brochures and client presentations through MS Office and online tools.
Market Research:
• Stay updated on international market trends, trade regulations and economic factors.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats in different regions.
• Evaluate customer feedback and take corrective action.
