We are seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Servicing Expert to join our team.
Job Description:Servicing Complex Loans with Precision
A Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for leading a variety of servicing activities for moderately complex commercial products, ensuring customer resolution through coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Evaluation and Compliance
- Evaluate and upload data into systems of record to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Communication and Collaboration
- Coordinate all aspects of resolving open customer service issues, interacting with internal and external customers.
- Serve as primary liaison and work collaboratively with Sales, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, and Operations teams to progress customer-focused needs.
Review and Negotiation
- Review and negotiate moderately complex loan servicing transactions, evaluating risks and devising strategies to mitigate risks and identify procedural modifications.
Quality Review and Performance Metrics
- Conduct quality reviews and monitor key performance metrics related to efficiencies and effective processes.
Leadership and Teamwork
- Lead money movement activities like Payment, Advance, waiver etc.
- May lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor for lower-level staff, contributing to strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education.
