Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee a dynamic team responsible for loan monitoring, servicing, and advisory services.

Main Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will lead, coach, and motivate a team of analysts to deliver high-quality, timely reports and lender advisory services.
  • They will serve as a subject matter expert in loan servicing and construction draw review, providing guidance and training to team members.
  • Responsibilities include managing workflow, prioritizing project timelines, and ensuring all deliverables meet client quality standards.
  • The Team Lead will collaborate with global teams and client service leads to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
  • They will also review project-level budgets, schedules, and draw requests, ensuring alignment with lender requirements and development milestones.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in a Team Lead or supervisory role, preferably in real estate loan monitoring, construction finance, or commercial real estate services.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction lending, real estate underwriting, and loan agreement structures.
  • Proficiency in Excel, pivot tables, financial modeling, and other relevant software is required.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal, including the ability to explain complex information to stakeholders.
