We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic female candidates for the Loan Sales - Voice Process role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining loan products, and converting leads into successful sales.Key Responsibilities: 1. Outbound Calling & Lead Conversion Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers from leads provided. Pitch relevant loan products and services in a convincing and ethical manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products. Follow-up with potential leads to close the deal or book appointments. 2. Inbound Call Handling  Attend inbound calls from customers interested in loans or product information. Answer queries related to loan eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and repayment options. Convert inquiry calls into applications or lead them to the next stage in the funnel. 3. Loan Product Knowledge Maintain an up-to-date understanding of loan products: personal loans, business loans, top-ups, balance transfers, etc. Understand credit policy, eligibility norms, KYC document requirements, and disbursement process. Communicate clearly the terms and benefits of loan offerings (EMIs, tenure, interest rates, etc.). 4. Data Management & CRM Updates Maintain accurate call logs, lead records, and customer status in CRM software or spreadsheets. Share daily performance reports with the team leader or manager. Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms. 5. Target Achievement Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets set by the team or management. Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training programs.
