Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to join our team of experts. As a key member of our SAP support team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our SAP landscapes.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in administering SAP applications (SAP Basis, Portal, BW, Netweaver, etc.) and running SAP on cloud (Azure). Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP systems and driving business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize SAP Basis components, including OS/DB migrations and S/4 conversions.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and support diverse SAP landscapes (S4HANA, ECC, Portal, Gateway/Fiori, BOBJ, BODS, SLT, Solman, PO, SRM).
  • Perform performance tuning, system copies/refreshes, client copies, stack updates, and troubleshoot escalated issues.
  • Provide technical expertise and participate in P1 issue calls & crisis resolution meetings as necessary.
  • Contribute to building tools & accelerators, publishing white papers, KB articles, and conducting webinars.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years' experience with SAP BASIS.
  • Strong experience in maintaining and operating HANA DB and troubleshooting configuration of HA/DR along with sizing of HANA DB.
  • Good understanding of SolMan Security, CRM Web-UI, SolMan Functionalities like ChaRM, Process Management/Modelling, Project Management, Test Suite (Manual, Automation).
  • Implementation knowledge on Focused Solutions (Focused Build, Focused Insights, and Focused Run) and good understanding of CI/CD process/tools and use SolMan for Agile.
  • Knowledge in System improvement & process improvements in the SAP BASIS area.
  • Candidate should be technically fluent in Operating systems like Windows & Linux and good hands on experience with HANA Database.
  • Candidate must have strong Knowledge and Hands on experience on Operations, Installations, Upgrades and Migrations of SAP Basis.
About Nielsen's Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience.
