Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee our tender process. This involves actively monitoring opportunities, advising on participation decisions, and ensuring timely submissions.

The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. You will be responsible for filing and applying tenders for private and government corporations, reviewing tender documents, and supervising compilation of materials required for bids.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filing and application of tenders for private and government corporations
  • Reviewing tender documents and supervising compilation of materials required for bids
  • Preparing pre-qualification bids with standard company information
  • Monitoring bid management to ensure alignment with organizational requirements
  • Detailed reading and understanding of tenders and related documents
  • Financial reporting and analysis, including reviewing tender-wise profitability and cost reports
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for tax compliance, invoicing, and audit purposes
  • Vendor registration and compliance for third-party vendors

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years' experience in tender processing (government, semi-government, corporations, private)
  • Knowledge and experience in tender business
  • Experience using portals such as GeM and mahatender
  • Proficiency in financial tools and technology
  • Fluency in Marathi (mandatory) and English communication (preferred)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with strict deadlines
