Manage IT services and consulting engagements for clients. Key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and driving alignment between IT and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned IT service and consulting clients
  • Become a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders and clients, understanding their technology roadmaps and business challenges
  • Oversee the account lifecycle from onboarding to renewals and escalations, ensuring smooth execution of IT projects and managed services
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and technical consultants to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure commercial terms are met
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-7 years experience in account management or similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability to manage multiple accounts and projects
