Job Title: Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our digital transformation strategy.

  • We will leverage our global strategy to develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with business goals.
  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, promote the use of AI, and ensure alignment with global objectives.
  • Investigate processes and outcomes to define Use Cases where an AI digital solution improves client, carrier, and colleague ways of working.
  • Create, prioritize, and manage the AI demand backlog, ensuring user stories and requirements are well-defined and actionable.
  • Work with technology partners in sprint planning, scrums, reviews, retrospectives, etc., to ensure successful implementation of AI use Cases.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, technology, and data leader and teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the AI and insurance sectors.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure AI product success, improve adoption, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as the Pacific AI Advocate for the end-user by ensuring products are user-friendly, accessible, and meet customer needs.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to internal teams and clients on AI digital products and features to improve their AI utilisation.
