We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and support SAP Ariba solutions across projects, focusing on Guided Sourcing.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of sourcing processes (RFx, Auctions, Supplier Management) to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Ariba solutions.
  • Support end-to-end Sourcing projects including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure smooth integration with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S4 HANA) for seamless data exchange.
  • Conduct workshops, prepare functional documents, and deliver user training to ensure efficient system adoption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guided Sourcing and sourcing modules to minimize downtime.
  • Stay updated with new features in Ariba Guided Sourcing and share best practices with the team to drive continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need 4+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with at least 2+ years in Guided Sourcing. You should also have hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions), and workflows in Guided Sourcing. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points, as well as experience in working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with at least 2+ years in Guided Sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions), and workflows in Guided Sourcing.
  • Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points.
  • Experience in working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration.
  • Strong communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in SAP Ariba (Sourcing/Procurement) is an added advantage.

A strong background in Ariba Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing, and upstream & downstream Ariba modules is desirable. Previous experience in global implementation/rollout projects is also beneficial.
