**Job Title:** Senior Coupa & Ariba Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled expert to lead procurement transformation initiatives and manage end-to-end implementation projects. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic guidance to clients on optimizing their Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.

  • Lead Procurement Transformation Initiatives: Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance procurement processes, leveraging deep expertise in Coupa and SAP Ariba platforms.
  • Manage End-to-End Implementation Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and deployment of comprehensive procurement solutions, ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems.
  • Provide Expert Support: Offer high-level support and troubleshooting for Coupa and Ariba modules, including Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Contract Management, and more.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and optimal client satisfaction.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver workshops and training programs for clients and internal teams, promoting knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8–10 Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in procurement technology consulting, with extensive hands-on experience in Coupa and SAP Ariba.
  • Successful Implementations: Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end implementations and support projects, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Strong Understanding: In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and the S2P lifecycle, enabling effective solution design and implementation.
  • Integration Tools Expertise: Proficiency in using integration tools and middleware, such as Dell Boomi and MuleSoft, to facilitate seamless system connections.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills, ensuring successful collaboration and project outcomes.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
