Procurement Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a critical role in driving the successful rollout of SAP Ariba solutions for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with client procurement teams to understand their current purchasing configurations and identify opportunities for improvement.

* Drive workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices and ensure seamless integration with SAP Ariba systems.

* Develop and implement customized procurement solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

* Work closely with technical teams to design and deploy integrated solutions that leverage the full potential of SAP Ariba.

* Provide expert-level support during the 'Build' phase of engagements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

* Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to guarantee flawless system cutover and go-live experiences.

* Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.

* Gather requirements, create detailed documentation, and develop test scripts to facilitate efficient project execution.

* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring complete satisfaction with project outcomes and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

**Requirements:**

* 7+ years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and rollout.

* Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Ariba Supplier Risk Management, as well as Ariba integration with S/4 HANA.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively guide clients through business process re-engineering.

* Proficiency in requirement gathering activities, creating function and technical documentation, and troubleshooting technical problems.

* Ability to collaborate with technical teams, perform unit tests and system integration tests, and assist business units during UAT.

* Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
