Job Description:

As a seasoned expert in sourcing solutions, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Ariba Sourcing to meet business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes, as well as hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions that deliver value through digital sourcing transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and configuring SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions to streamline procurement processes.
  • Supporting end-to-end sourcing processes including RFx, auctions, contract management, and supplier collaboration.
  • Integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ERP / S4 HANA and other systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Providing functional expertise on sourcing workflows, templates, and approvals to ensure compliance.
  • Conducting system testing, training, and user support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Ariba Sourcing functionality to minimize downtime.

Additionally, you will stay updated on SAP Ariba product enhancements and recommend best practices to stay ahead in the industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of SAP experience, with 3+ years in SAP Ariba Sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management) is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes is crucial for success.
  • Experience with Ariba upstream solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC / S4 HANA integration is necessary for effective system integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are vital for collaboration.
Good to Have:
  • Exposure to Ariba downstream modules (P2P, Buying & Invoicing) can be beneficial.
  • Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations can add value.
  • Knowledge of supplier enablement and compliance processes is a desirable asset.
