SAP Concur Implementation Specialist

The role involves implementing and supporting SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Invoice) for global clients.

This position requires expertise in SAP Concur configuration and administration, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SAP Concur implementations, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure SAP Concur modules, including workflows, audit rules, and reporting.
  • Support integration activities between SAP Concur and ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Workday, or Oracle.
  • Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Provide post-go-live production support and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur (Expense, Travel, and/or Invoice).
  • Strong understanding of travel and expense policies, finance operations (AP/AR), and compliance standards (such as VAT/GST reclaim).
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
  • Certifications or formal training in SAP Concur are highly desirable.
