Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished professional to support our mission to redefine the future of mobility and Artificial Intelligence.

  • Partner with senior leaders to structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements with distributors, OEMs, enterprise customers, and channel partners.
  • Drive execution of strategic initiatives, including product launches, consumer warranties, after-sales programs, and marketing communications.
  • Advise on AI governance, data usage, licensing, and responsible AI frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulations.
  • Shape internal policies around responsible and ethical AI, balancing innovation with regulatory guardrails.
  • Protect and commercialize intellectual property, algorithms, and proprietary datasets across AI and EV businesses.
  • Lead implementation of data privacy and cybersecurity frameworks, covering cross-border data transfers and compliance-by-design.
  • Manage regulatory risks, disputes, and external counsel strategy, ensuring proactive risk mitigation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing commercially relevant guidance at high speed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • LL.B. (LL.M. preferred) with 12–16 years PQE across law firms and in-house roles.
  • Strong experience in technology/AI, data privacy, and commercial contracting; exposure to consumer-facing industries is a plus.
  • Expertise in regulations, consumer law, and commercial negotiations.
  • Exceptional ability to balance risk with business agility.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; experience building or mentoring teams is an advantage.
  • A growth-oriented mindset, comfortable operating in fast-paced markets.
