We are seeking an experienced Interior Sales and Design professional to drive our business forward. This role combines creative design skills with sales expertise, requiring a confident and charismatic individual who can effectively communicate with clients and deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing customized design proposals, estimating project costs, and converting leads into clients. As the front face for all design-related client interactions, this person must exhibit professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to negotiate successfully.

  • Prepare tailored design proposals for pitch meetings, aligning with client preferences and project scope.
  • Create accurate project estimates based on approved design proposals.
  • Engage in client negotiations and drive project closures.
  • Represent the company at client design meetings, ensuring a strong and confident presence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless design and execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Requirements:
