Seeking a skilled interior design professional to lead business development, build client relationships, and deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities, convert prospects into clients, and develop strategic plans to achieve targets.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with key clients, architects, designers, and commercial real estate professionals.
  • Solution Selling: Leverage in-depth knowledge of interior design solutions to communicate value and meet client needs.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Conduct negotiations, prepare proposals and contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with design and production teams to align on client needs, project timelines, and deliverables.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline status.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in interior design, furniture sales, or a related industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and market dynamics.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
