Interior Designer

This is a full-time role for a Interior Designer at Client of 70 DEGREE SOLUTIONS in BANER PUNE. A design studio which transforms spaces into experiences. From elegant residences and vibrant offices to stylish retail and hospitality spaces, we craft interiors that blend imagination with precision. With expertise in custom furniture, décor solutions, and turnkey execution, we create designs that inspire and endure.

Role Description

. Create, read, and modify detailed blueprints, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design software.

. Develop high-quality technical drawings and design documentation to support accurate execution by contractors and vendors.

. Translate client requirements into visual concepts that clearly communicate the design intent and functionality.

. Maintain organized design files and ensure all documentation is updated throughout the project lifecycle.

. Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of all design elements.

. Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.

. Ensure project delivery meets agreed-upon quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.

. Source cost-effective yet high-quality products that align with project aesthetics, durability, and budget requirements.

. Prepare material boards and samples for client approval before procurement.

. Ensure all design solutions adhere to applicable building codes, fire safety regulations, and accessibility guidelines.

. Stay updated with industry trends, sustainability practices, and new materials/technologies for continuous improvement.

. Conduct quality checks during project execution to ensure compliance with approved designs and standards.

. Document compliance measures and provide guidance to contractors and clients on regulatory aspects.

. Develop and present creative design concepts, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and layouts tailored to client requirements.

. Clearly communicate the design intent and highlight functional, aesthetic, and budgetary considerations.

. Incorporate client feedback systematically and refine proposals to achieve design alignment and satisfaction.

. Facilitate approval processes by providing professional and persuasive presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Qualification -

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Industrial Design (Master's preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design visualization software.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in architectural/interior design, project coordination, or related field.
• Proven track record in preparing detailed technical drawings, layouts, and 3D models.
