We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and provide exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain accurate records of guest interactions.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting guests, handling phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in and check-out times, special requests, and any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
