We are looking for a Front Desk Executive who will serve as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and stakeholders. This role involves managing reception operations, handling correspondence, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with documentation and quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent coordination skills.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception
- Welcome and assist visitors while maintaining a positive and professional environment.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with efficiency and courtesy.
- Keep the front desk area neat, organized, and presentable.
Administrative & Documentation
- Regularly update QC data in the ERP system.
- Plan and oversee product sampling activities with proper documentation and quality compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of labeling and sampling.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of phone policy records.
- Provide administrative support across internal departments as required.
Coordination & Compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to schedule and manage sampling requirements.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards and industry regulations regarding labeling and sampling.
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in front desk, administration, or quality support roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
