
Front Desk Operations Manager

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient professional to manage our front desk operations. As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth processes at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient appointments, reminders, and rescheduling
- Handle treatment inquiries over the phone, email, or in-person
- Assist with managing in-clinic patients and filling forms
- Follow up with patients on pending dues
- Welcome patients and explain treatments and procedures confidently
- Manage the front desk premises and maintain patient records
- Effectively manage patient payments, invoices, and cash collections
- Maintain office expenses, stock levels, and arrange product replenishment
- Receive mail, send couriers, and keep track of payments
- Easily handle contractors and maintenance services
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer applications
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in any field
- Relevant experience in customer-facing roles
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, India.
