Senior Recruiting Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiting Manager to lead our recruitment team in driving business growth and excellence. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, formulating strategic plans, and executing hiring strategies that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans for existing accounts to drive business growth and optimize results.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the organization, fostering strong communication and trust.
  • Generate and manage comprehensive hiring requirements from existing clients, aligning with their business objectives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of candidates to clients, exceeding their expectations.
  • Monitor and follow up on submittals, tracking progress and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee end-to-end IT recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and placement.
  • Set goals, monitor team performance, and drive continuous improvements to optimize results.
  • Maintain and review client submission data to refine and enhance strategies, resulting in better outcomes.
