Job Title: Regional Human Resources Manager

About the Role
  • This is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations within a specific region or set of job functions.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Zonal HR Partner to implement effective HR strategies and plans that align with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing manpower planning, hiring, and recruitment activities to meet business growth projections.
  • Developing innovative recruitment tools and diversifying sourcing channels to attract top talent.
  • Collaborating with training teams to create customized training programs based on employee needs.
  • Coordinating employee life cycle management from sourcing to exit, ensuring both efficient hiring processes and employee engagement.
  • Handling critical employee grievances and resolving HR-related issues in collaboration with line managers.
  • Working closely with HR Operational Process Team to resolve employee queries and concerns related to onboarding, payroll, benefits, and exit management.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of an MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in banks or the local market, preferably with 30-45 days' notice period.
