BonV Technology Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and financially knowledgeable Investor Relations Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in finance or investor relations and strong communication skills. Reporting directly to the Co-CEO, you will play a vital role in managing relationships with existing and prospective investors, coordinating investment processes, compliance requirements and supporting BonV&aposs strategic investment initiatives.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of a Human Resources Intern located in Bhubaneswar. The intern will support the human resources team with day-to-day tasks such as assisting in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. The intern will also help in the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to ensure effective HR operations.

Qualifications

- Knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Skills in Personnel Management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Duration: 6 months
