Product Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in product development work, doing market research and opportunity mapping.

  • The successful candidate will work closely with customer-facing teams to understand customer pain points and market needs.
  • This role involves collaborating with Product Managers to identify new opportunities for growing the product.
  • You will support the build of low to high-fidelity designs and prototypes that elevate customer experience.
  • In this position, you will test & release product features by coordinating with the QA team.
  • Our ideal candidate will analyse product performance and adoption post-launch and iterate on the same to continuously improve product experience and capabilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in product development work, doing market research and opportunity mapping is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to convert unstructured problems into structured ones and communicate them effectively are necessary.
  • Familiarity with software/web development principles and working with Agile Scrum framework is required.
  • A basic understanding of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Databases, and APIs is desired.
  • Able to work in an agile and cross-functional environment.
  • Educational background: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or Business.
