
HR Business Partner

A pivotal role awaits in the Employee Relations team, requiring a skilled professional to oversee and manage employee relations at the Bhubaneswar location. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
This role involves creating a positive work environment through employee engagement, culture, and values. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing health and wellness interventions, emotional support mechanisms, and counseling programs. Conflict resolution, workplace grievance handling, disciplinary investigations, and employee feedback mechanisms are also key aspects of this position.
As a front-facing profile, interaction with local authorities may be necessary, making knowledge of the local language an added advantage.
The responsibilities of this role include:
1) Resolving employee relations issues promptly to achieve agreements and minimize disputes
2) Monitoring organization culture and values, supporting policy implementation, and acting as an internal consultant/advisor to provide a positive work environment and ensure timely emergency response within guidelines.
3) Leading the implementation of personnel policies and procedures
4) Establishing lines of control and delegating responsibilities
5) Partnering with business and external bodies to achieve company objectives
6) Ensuring employee assimilation and new hire compliance
