About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at HTIC Global. As a key member of our Digital Division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful, long-term marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing roadmaps, including lead generation and branding for all segments

Manage all marketing channels to ensure brand consistency, including website, blogs, emails, and social media

Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budgets

Design and implement specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction

Oversee social media accounts and manage online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics

Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment

Liaise with Product and Sales Heads from all divisions to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies

Motivate digital marketing teams to achieve goals

Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out

Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments and liaise with system teams for better outputs

Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in marketing, with 5+ years in senior management

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and online marketing tools

Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software

Excellent analytical and project management skills

Strong team management and communication skills

Working Conditions
