Job Description

This senior-level role demands leadership skills, creativity, and the ability to work closely with various teams to ensure consistency across all marketing channels. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong company web presence and driving all digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Marketing Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive marketing roadmap that includes lead generation, branding for all segments, and measures to increase customer interaction.
  • Channel Management: Manage all marketing channels (website, blogs, emails, social media) to ensure brand consistency and align with our digital marketing goals.
  • Performance Metrics: Measure ROI and KPIs, prepare budget, and forecast sales performance trends to inform proactive decisions.
  • Campaign Development: Create and implement specific campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, manage online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics to enhance user experience.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with Product and Sales Heads from various divisions to develop cohesive strategies that increase client satisfaction.
  • Team Motivation: Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve shared goals.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competition and provide innovative ideas to differentiate ourselves.
  • Industry Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments and collaborate with the system team to leverage better outputs.
Working Conditions

We offer flexible working hours, with Sundays off and alternative Saturdays. This allows for a healthy work-life balance.

Estimated Salary Range

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
