Job Overview

The Art Director will spearhead the creative vision across campaigns and projects, ensuring captivating visual storytelling that resonates with audiences and aligns with brand strategy.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the design team, mentoring junior and mid-level designers to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Oversee visual consistency across projects, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and maintaining a strong brand image.
  • Presentation of creative concepts to internal and external stakeholders confidently, effectively communicating key messages and ideas.
  • Stay updated on industry design trends, AI tools, and techniques, incorporating them into workflows to enhance creativity, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Monitor design team productivity, ensuring timely delivery of projects, staying within scope, and contributing to overall team profitability.
