Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Jira Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our ITSM systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advanced support and ensuring the smooth functioning of our platforms, applications, and deployment of additional solution components.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Configuration of Fault, Performance, and Impact Analysis dashboards
  2. Configuration of Events and Alerts reports
  3. Configuration of Assets Availability and Performance reports
  4. Discovery and Monitoring of IT Infrastructure
  5. Monitoring Risk, Quality, and Impact Analysis of Business Services
  6. Creation of reports and dashboards
  7. Management and Administration of ITSM tools
  8. Development and Customization of ITSM tools
  9. Tailor Jira Service Management to the organization's needs for streamlined processes

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and facilitation abilities. Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting core services such as FTP, DNS, DHCP, QIP, web services, and other key 3rd party products is also essential.
