About the Role: We are looking for an experienced JIRA Administrator/Developer to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Configuration and Customization: Configure and set up Jira projects, workflows, create and manage custom fields, issue type schemes, screen schemes, notification scheme, priorities scheme and permission schemes to specific projects and teams. Create and manage Jira filters, reporting, dashboards, JQL.
    • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot Jira issues and assist end users.
    • Issue Management: Bulk issue import/Issue migration between projects via CSV.
    • Add-ons Administration: Hands-on experience on Jira Add-ons like advance roadmaps, zephyr, JSU, Script runner.
    • Scripting: Admins should be able to manage, configure, administer the add-ons. Able to customize script using the script runner.

About You: To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of JIRA administration and development principles. You should be able to configure and customize Jira projects, workflows, and other features, as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues. Additionally, you will need to have hands-on experience with Jira add-ons and scripting languages.
