We are seeking a highly skilled JIRA Administrator with expertise in AHA and Atlassian tools to fill this pivotal role. This professional will administer JIRA instances, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • JIRA Administration & Customization: Ensure seamless integration of JIRA customization, workflow automation, and scripting using technologies like Groovy, JQL, and REST API.
  • Atlassian Ecosystem Management: Manage and optimize the broader Atlassian tools environment, including JIRA.
  • AHA Roadmaps Integration: Hands-on experience integrating AHA Roadmaps with JIRA to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution.
  • Security & User Management: Maintain a solid understanding of JIRA permissions, security, and user management, implementing best practices.
  • Environment Management: Work effectively across Atlassian Cloud and Data Center environments.
  • Plugin Management: Utilize familiarity with common JIRA plugins such as ScriptRunner, Automation for JIRA, BigPicture, and Portfolio.
  • Methodology Adherence: Apply knowledge of Agile methodologies to support development and project management teams.
  • Problem Solving: Employ strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues within the JIRA and Atlassian ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Extensive Experience in JIRA Administration and Atlassian tools.
  • Strong Expertise in JIRA customization, workflow automation, and scripting (Groovy, JQL, REST API).
  • Hands-on Experience integrating AHA Roadmaps with JIRA.
  • Solid Understanding of JIRA permissions, security, and user management.
  • Experience in Atlassian Cloud and Data Center environments.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with JIRA plugins (ScriptRunner, Automation for JIRA, BigPicture, Portfolio, etc.).
  • Strong Analytical Skills.
