Job Description
Should have hands-on experience in installing, configuring, integrating, maintaining, developing for Atlassian products like Jira.
Provide Jira SME support to the IT teams
Should have hands-on experience in releasing multiple and complex Jira, Confluence changes across environments with thousands of end users.
Need a strong technical team member who has hands-on experience in coding scripts specifically in the following languages - Jira Power scripts (SIL Scripts) and/or Jira groovy scripts (Script runner scripts).
Should have hands-on experience in creating, customizing complex Jira workflows, schemes, custom fields, screens, notifications, permissions.
Should have experience in installing, configuring, rolling-out key Jira plugins like Tempo, power fields, etc.
Should have knowledge of Jira datacentre setup and configuration on the AWS /Azure cloud.
Should have an experience with working in Agile/scrum teams, with good knowledge of Agile principles.
Should have strong communication skills, the ability to understand enterprise architecture, build prototypes, present design and demos to end customers and senior management.
Create custom workflows, post functions, and validators, make changes to workflows, screens, fields, and reporting, and provide ongoing support and configuration maintenance.
Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports
Responsible for understanding the current process, gathering requirements, investigating potential solutions, analyzing impact, communicating with stakeholders, and implementing solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation and user-guides
Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs
