Configure and maintain multiple JIRA projects, workflows, schemes, settings, users, permissions, and reports. - Work with JIRA/Confluence filters, reporting, dashboards, workflows, fields, and JIRA administration on Cloud instance or Datacenter edition on AWS Cloud. - Test new versions of the tools and plug-ins to ensure compatibility. - Able to demonstrate experience supporting technical users and conduct requirements analysis. - Familiar with Agile and Kanban development frameworks and project management - Improve JIRA security. Set access permissions for JIRA projects and Confluence spaces. - Ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA. - Provide training to technical and non-technical teams to use Atlassian tools - In-depth knowledge and experience with day-to-day JIRA administration functionality - Ad-Hoc report creation and distribution - Can work independently with mínimal guidance & oversight. - Required Technical Expertise: o 7-10 years' experience managing and configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Manager, Jira Automation, Confluence) o Experience with Cloud Instance o Experience with Atlassian Market place add-ons such as Qmetry Automated Test Suite and Script Runner o Demonstrated proficiency with scripting and automation (bash, python, other programming languages) o Experience with Confluence-to-Confluence and Jira-to-Jira migrations - Preferred Technical Experience: o Experience automating manual tasks o Experience with Agile processes and other tools in the space (ADO) o Experience with identity management, SSO, and license management **What's this role about?**
