**Job Title**: IT Project Manager / Scrum Master

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage complete **end-to-end delivery** of upgrade projects, ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met.
- Serve as **Scrum Master**, facilitating Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive **stakeholder engagement** and maintain clear communication across business and technical teams.
- Own and manage **project planning**, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and ensure issue resolution.
- Oversee **environment setup and handling** for new business and technical requirements.
- Use tools like **JIRA** and **Confluence** for project tracking, documentation, and team collaboration.
- Ensure all deliverables are achieved as part of a **strictly time-bound** project schedule.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum **8 years of experience** in IT Project Management or as a Scrum Master.
- Strong experience in **upgrade projects** and managing project lifecycles.
- Deep understanding of **Agile methodologies** and frameworks.
- Proficiency in **JIRA**, **Confluence**, and Agile project tracking tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and **stakeholder management** skills.
- Hands-on experience managing **RAID** elements and project risks.
- Experience in coordinating **technical environments** and requirement implementations.
- **SAFe certification is mandatory.**

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
