**Senior Scrum Master - Job Description**

Location: Lanco Hills, Manikonda, Hyderabad

Department: Engineering

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience :14- 17yrs

**Mandatory Skills: Agile, Scrum, and Project Management and they should have development or testing background as a hands on experience.**

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment, typically 5+ years.
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).
- Excellent skills in facilitating meetings and creating an environment of collaboration and communication.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.).
- Strong leadership and servant leadership mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with scaling Agile (SAFe, LeSS, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
- Experience in remote team management and virtual collaboration tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
