**Job Title**: JIRA Architect
**Location**: Hyderabad
**Positions**: (Full Time)
**Experience**: 10 - 17 Years

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain automation workflows in Atlassian JIRA.
- Create and manage plugins to extend JIRA capabilities.
- Build and maintain dashboards for JIRA.
- Connect add-ons, configure custom fields, create custom preset filters, test outcomes, and identify defects.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows beyond Atlassian products as needed.
- Oversee maintenance, administration, upgrades, and enhancements to JIRA, Confluence, HipChat, and integrations with other tools.
- Ensure seamless integration and administration of Atlassian tools within the organization.
- Document standards, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate and collaborate with large teams.
- Serve as an individual contributor and manage project documentation throughout the project cycle.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Client Statement:
The JIRA Architect must understand the complete requirements and manage the corporate-level JIRA landscape. This individual will eventually head the entire Atlassian landscape, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

**Required Skills**:

- **Experience**: 12+ years as a JIRA Developer.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Expertise in JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, JIRA Product Discovery.
- **Automation and Development**: Experience in developing and maintaining JIRA automation workflows, plugins, and dashboards.
- **Integration**: Strong skills in integrating JIRA with other enterprise tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- **Tool Administration**: Proven ability to manage and administer JIRA, Confluence, HipChat.
- **Documentation**: Well-versed in documenting standards and procedures.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Collaboration**: Ability to coordinate and work with large teams.

Desirable Skills:

- **Leadership**: Experience in leading governance forums and strategic planning.
- **Certifications**: Atlassian Certification preferred.
- **Agile and DevOps**: Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps practices.
- **Enterprise Architecture**: Exposure to enterprise architecture processes and governance models.
- **Analytical Tools**: Experience with Atlassian Analytics and enterprise reporting.
