Business Development Leader

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to drive strategic planning and execution.

This role requires collaboration with leadership to define and execute business strategy and OKRs. You will break down complex problems and drive clarity through structured problem-solving.

You will drive long-term planning, annual goal-setting, and strategic business reviews. You will also own end-to-end program management for high-impact cross-functional initiatives.

The successful candidate will analyze internal processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements. They will design dashboards and frameworks to track business performance and health metrics.

They will champion process automation and scalable systems that support business growth. The candidate will act as a liaison between internal teams such as product, ops, finance, and marketing.

They will prepare communication materials and reporting for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

They should have 7+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/operations management, preferably in the startups, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.

Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations is required. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary. The ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights is crucial.

Proficiency in using operational management software and tools is preferred. Key competencies include strategic thinking, operational excellence, relationship management, problem-solving, adaptability, and data analytics.
