About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Loan Operations Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end loan processing for India branches and servicing activities.Main Responsibilities:
  • Process: Perform duties diligently, work as SME, nurture team members, understand process/policies, work closely with overseas branch, learn system functions, adhere to controls, support overseas branches, provide suggestions for improvements.
  • Candidate Profile: Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in managing Loan Operations, strong PC skills, extensive experience in Loan Products, static data maintenance process & customer data management, understanding various system applications used for Lending, hands on experience in managing stakeholders, governance and managing toll gates, flexible in working in shifts, exposure to India related regulatory guidelines and financial regulations.
