Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to oversee the company's financial planning processes for global regions. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for driving process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Lead the development of annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present financial results, trends, and KPIs to senior leadership, highlighting key drivers and areas for improvement.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs, track performance, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct monthly variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets, identifying drivers and recommending corrective actions.
  • Executive Reporting: Deliver high-quality presentations and dashboards to support executive reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Scenario Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to assess business scenarios and risk analysis, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and systems to increase forecasting accuracy and efficiency, leveraging technology and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: CA or MBA with 20 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, and business finance.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives, driving cultural change, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of business process mapping with ERP/accounting software experience, including Excel, Power BI, and other relevant tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities, with a strong focus on teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
