Job Description

Seeking a seasoned leader to helm our data analytics team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

As the primary liaison between business functions and our data analytics team, you will ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities include prioritizing requests from stakeholders, managing incoming requests, and facilitating clear understanding of analytics deliverables.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards, from requirement gathering to deployment and training.
  • Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of analytics outputs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Power BI dashboard design, usability, and performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a team or project lead capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development (including DAX, data modelling, performance tuning).
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, ETL concepts, and business process mapping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization concepts.
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Familiarity with data warehouse concepts.
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems is preferred.
  • Power BI certifications are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience of creating Power Automate workflows would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, or data security practices is a plus.
