The role:

We're seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics, to lead our data-driven initiatives across Fulfillment & Logistics (Fugistics). As a key member of our team, you'll partner closely with business leaders to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation at scale.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the end-to-end supply planning cycle, translating demand forecasts into supply plans for inbound/outbound/returns for fulfillment and logistics teams.
  • Collaborating with demand planning, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure adequate capacity for timely shipping and on-time deliveries.
  • Leading seasonal and promotional event planning, including inventory build-up strategies, temporary storage solutions, and manpower planning.
  • Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including daily attainment, capacity utilization, promise quality, and more.
  • Leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing team of Planners and Analysts, driving continuous process improvements across planning processes.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Product, and Technology to translate business problems into structured analytical projects.
  • Building and maintaining scalable data frameworks, planning models, and dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Driving forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking for key operational metrics across fulfillment centers, last-mile logistics, and supply chain.
  • Developing and implementing advanced analytical techniques to anticipate trends and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
