About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to establish a global business process excellence function, driving strategic initiatives and performance improvements across our international Medical Services operations.

  • Process Improvement: Lead the development, analysis, and implementation of optimized business processes using Lean Six Sigma and BPM techniques to enhance operational efficiency and quality service delivery.
  • Operational Excellence: Modernize systems and ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery across global Medical Services operations by aligning processes with local needs and tech infrastructure.
  • Technology & Local Integration: Collaborate with regional leaders to align systems with local needs and tech infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and operational success.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Drive strategic initiatives, performance improvements, and operational productivity by leveraging your expertise in data analysis, predictive modeling, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Partnerships: Coordinate with medical, commercial, and joint venture teams to enhance service integration and operational success.
  • Financial & Compliance Oversight: Support budgeting, performance tracking, and ensure global regulatory compliance.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with:

  • Over 10 years of experience at the Director/Management level, with a strong record of leading process improvements across multiple regions and organizational levels.
  • A background in industries such as BPO, logistics, facilities management, complex supply chains, business consulting, and healthcare.
  • Proven success in enhancing business processes in complex, service-oriented environments.
  • Experience managing cross-functional, executive-level projects and working with field teams in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and virtual team settings.
