Seeking a senior HR operations professional to lead our global team.

We are looking for an experienced leader who can oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensure consistent delivery of services, and adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Ensure the accuracy of benefits reconciliation and general benefits maintenance.
  • Oversee end-to-end benefit administration for India.
  • Review and approve invoices within Dynamics.
  • Drive operational efficiency through standardization, simplification, and implementation of AI and automation solutions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, ensuring SOPs and documentation are current and utilized.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Post-secondary education
  • 6+ years of related work experience with an HRIS in a high-volume shared service environment, supporting various countries
  • A minimum of 2 years' management or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a global team and managing vendors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, being fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Conscientious with a strong attention to accuracy and details
  • Self motivated, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple projects / priorities
