We are hiring freshers for an exciting E-commerce Customer Service role with a leading international BPO in Malad. This is a great opportunity to start your career in global customer support.
Location: Malad, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Role: Customer Service Executive E-commerce (US Process)
Salary: 18,000 22,000 per month (in-hand)
Shift: US Shift 5:30 PM to 10:30 AM (any 9 working hours)
Work Days: 5 days a week, 2 rotational week-offs
Key Responsibilities
- Assist US-based customers via calls, chats, or emails
- Handle order queries, returns, refunds, and account support
- Provide clear, polite, and effective communication
- Ensure excellent customer experience at all times
Candidate Requirements
- HSC / Graduate Freshers are welcome
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US process)
- All documents must be available
