Key Position

  • A senior financial professional with a background in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory is required to lead deal execution and client management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end transactions including due diligence, negotiations, regulatory filings, and closing documentation.
  • Execute deals across M&A, private equity, venture capital, ECM, and DCM.
  • Build relationships with investors from VC, PE, family office, corporate, and angel networks backgrounds.
  • Prepare business plans, pitch decks, CIMs, teasers, and financial models for fundraising purposes.
  • Conduct research into various sectors (technology, infrastructure, healthcare, manufacturing, BFSI) to identify opportunities.
  • Deliver presentations at investor forums, conferences, and client discussions.
  • Collaborate with legal, tax, and compliance teams for seamless deal structuring and execution.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Possess strong knowledge of financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring.
  • Have expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, IPOs, debt/equity instruments, and advanced Excel/Presentation skills.
  • Exhibit excellent market research, business due diligence, sector analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate proven ability in client relationship management and business development.
  • Hold an MBA/PGDM in Finance/Strategy from Tier-1 B-schools preferred.
  • Chartered Accountant / CFA (USA) / FRM certification is advantageous.
  • 8–10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory roles with a strong track record.
