Room Attendant Job Overview

The Room Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities

-Deliver timely and professional responses to guest enquiries, ensuring maximum satisfaction and comfort.

-Take ownership of assigned duties and tasks, maintaining high productivity levels while adhering to company policies.

-Work closely with immediate reports to control costs and inventory, drive performance improvements, and promote effective working relationships.

-Adhere to all legislation, performing due diligence requirements and documenting activities for internal and external audits.

Requirements

-Experience in housekeeping is beneficial but not essential; however, a hands-on approach with a can-do attitude is crucial.

-A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, along with a passion for the hospitality industry, is necessary.

-Strong communication skills are required, as well as the ability to find creative solutions to problems and take ownership of assigned tasks.

-Personal integrity, combined with experience working with IT systems on various platforms, is desirable.
