The Hospitality Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Experience in hospitality or related field an advantage but not essential.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with colleagues and guests.

- Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to problems, taking initiative to improve processes and procedures.

- Personal integrity and commitment to excellence, with willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

- Proficiency in IT systems and technology, with ability to learn and use new software and tools.
